This Training Specialist level role of EMEA Consumer Training Regional Specialist acts as ambassador for the Consumer Global Training Team and Enterprise Johnson and Johnson Shared Services Team in all interactions with a wide range of stakeholders to develop and deploy best practice Training programs and practices to meet identified training needs in the Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) Region. Key Responsibilities • Acts as Regional Training Process Owner • Provides leadership and direction for the effective deployment of the Global Training Worldwide Standard Procedure (WWSP) and LMS systems (Compliance Wire and Cornerstone on Demand) for EMEA region. • Coaches and assists local and site training professionals to ensure effective execution of Training and Education standards and processes, including establishing and fostering a global community of practice, and management reporting. • Conducts site level training needs analysis and gap assessments with Site Quality Heads ad Plant managers for all internal manufacturing sites in EMEA region. • Understand and incorporate local and regional needs and requirements without compensating Global standards. • Partners with Global System lead in Compliance Wire to create necessary hierarchies in CW system that allows for simplification of training deployments and more effective accuracy of training metrics and reports created from system. • Manages deployment of Global Training WWSPs within the EMEA region. • Manages governance COE networks including Training Process Owner network and Compliance Wire Administrator network for EMEA region. • Act as SME and regional process owner for Global Training WWSP. • Liaise with other regional training leads to identify areas for improvement in training and harmonization of practices across Consumer group. • Collaborate with local SMEs in the creation of harmonized training courses. • Leads projects of moderate to high complexity. Performs any other task as required by the Senior Manager, Consumer Segment Training Lead. • Understands basic finance management to support managing site training budgets and capital projects and lead optimization initiatives if needed. • Applies Basic Project Management and/or Process Excellence knowledge and skills. Reviews, interprets and explains documents such as technical data, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Provides regional audit/Inspection support with regional training management questions and training records. • Participates in Global Consumer Training Team and other global meetings outside of core business hours for region. Qualifications Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Education, Industrial Engineering or other related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of business experience in a regulated environment. Expertise in the Principles of Adult Learning with a minimum 2-4 years in a training position. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Experience working in health authority-regulatory environment (FDA, MHRA, etc.) is required. • Relevant experience working in manufacturing/operations or R&D/new product development. • Experience designing and presenting successful training programs( minimum 2-4 years) • Excellent Communication Skills in English is required. Bilingual is preferred. • Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)/ISO (International Organization for Standardization) regulations is required. • Strong leadership and coaching skills are required. • Demonstrated project management abilities are required. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. • Experience in working as part of virtual global team is required. • Experience working with LMS administration is preferred. • Experience working in matrix management environment is preferred. Other Requirements Travel Requirements: This position may require up to 10 to 20 %travel.
