I started my career in Belgium, where I gained my first experience in recruitment and sales before moving to the UK to continue building my expertise. Today, as Co-Founder & Director of Shining People, I specialise in international recruitment with a strong focus on inclusion and neurodiversity.

My journey across Belgium and the UK has allowed me to develop a people-first approach that combines empathy, structure, and adaptability. I am passionate about connecting candidates with opportunities that unlock their potential, while helping companies grow with the right talent at the right time.

I have been working in recruitment since 2018, building best practices along the way and learning exactly what to do, and when to do it, to achieve lasting results. My career started in Belgium and grew internationally, giving me exposure to diverse markets and approaches. Over the years, I have combined my sales background with my recruitment expertise, which makes me both commercially sharp and people-focused.

This unique mix allows me to bring structure, insight, and adaptability to every hiring process. I understand the importance of timing, clear communication, and cultural fit, and I’ve developed a methodical yet flexible way of working that consistently delivers results.
