With over 17 years of global experience across the UK, EU, and EMEA, I’ve built a career at the intersection of recruitment, transformation, and leadership. My journey has taken me from working with major firms such as SAP UK, E&Y, and Savills to supporting financial institutions and growth-focused organizations across Africa.
Having worked within the UK ERP & digital banking solutions market — partnering with the likes of RBS, Barclays, Lloyds Bank, and NatWest I’ve gained a deep understanding of what drives talent and transformation in highly competitive sectors.
Now based in Nairobi, I’m focused on helping businesses across banking and financial services, digital transformation, compliance and wealth advisory, supply chain, and commercial insurance build future-ready teams.

Having led recruitment initiatives for core and digital banking, transaction platforms, compliance and wealth advisory, supply chain, and commercial insurance, I understand the critical balance between technical capability and cultural fit — and how the right hire can transform an organization’s future.
