I’m a freelance Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, backed by over a decade in senior-level roles within the global travel industry. This blend has shaped a commercially minded, people-first approach to hiring, one that balances speed, quality, and long-term fit. I’ve recruited across a broad range of sectors including IT, fintech, digital marketing, construction, engineering, FMCG, and professional services, supporting both agency and in-house teams. I’m comfortable working with internal CRMs and ATS platforms, building robust pipelines, and leveraging market mapping, LinkedIn X-ray sourcing, and data-led hiring strategies to solve hard-to-fill roles.

I apply Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), Kanban, Kaizen, and modern AI-driven sourcing techniques to streamline processes, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate experience.
