My client who a leading bank in the UK would like to recruit 6 Business Analysts and 1 Lead Business Analyst across multiple locations, London, Edinburgh and Birmingham.
The successful candidates will be working on an exciting Next Generation Transaction Monitoring Programme which is forecast to run well into 2019
Next Generation Transaction Monitoring supports an intelligence led approach to Financial Crime Risk Management and delivers increased AML risk coverage, closure of policy gaps, enhanced detection capability and replacement of end of life transaction monitoring solutions including CAML (Actimize). The solution will be Group wide including Retail, Commercial, Consumer Finance, Insurance and US.
Location: Edinburgh, London, Birmingham

Each role will work across different workstreams within the Programme and a variety of skills my client are looking for are listed below.
Skills
- • Good knowledge of Change methodology & process
- • Excellent stakeholder management
- • Ability to work without supervision
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- • Analytical skills
- • AML experience, particularly with regards to investigation
- • Knowledge of data models, platforms and data quality tools
- • Knowledge of payments systems and payments messages (SWIFT)
- • Experience of working with Retail Banking products
Desirable
- • Experience of working on programmes using 'Big Data'
- • Regulatory experience
- • Previous Business Readiness experience, including Operational knowledge
- • Experience of working with the Hadoop platform
