Job Description
The Senior PM consultant is entrusted with the scoping, planning, execution and transition of assigned projects within the Value Stream Management organization of Product Management within Janssen Supply Group. The position will require leading complex projects, prioritized by the Value Stream Leaders and the Senior Leadership team, within the various Therapeutic Areas of Product Management.
The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary contact and authority within the Product Management group for assigned projects, and, in collaboration with the Value Stream Leader(s), executes his/her respective projects in-line with business and supply chain strategies and targets to achieve financial and business related results.
They shall lead specific projects within the Delisting and Divestment portfolio to execute key activities and deliverables listed below.
Key Activities
Mandatory Deliverable Acceptance Criteria
Lead and Complete Scoping phase Approved Project Scope and Business Case
Approved project through LCM Governance
Initiated and Approved project in Instantis
Lead and Complete Planning phase Cross-functional team kick-off
Detailed project plan with milestones 4Up report and other appropriate project communication
Risk Action Plan with recommendations Effective plan as accepted by JNJ program manager
Approved Change Control in Trackwise
Risk Mitigation report with recommendations Raised Change Control – Parent & Child as applicable
Approved change control aligned with Project Team and Stakeholders
* Project Sponsor alignment and communication
* Value Stream Management reporting tool updated and maintained
* Health Authority Notification to withdraw filing Working with project team members to ensure completion
* Dossier Withdrawal Ensure actual delisting in collaboration with WW markets as applicable
* Market Authorization Transfer Ensure actual transition of the products
Lead and Complete the transition of the project to Aftercare Last Stability Report finalized
SAP Code inactivated
Material is destructed (if applicable)
Handover Report Comprehensive handover report to Project Sponsor
