Job Title: RACF Team Leader or Administrator Location: London, Gloucester, Manchester or Edinburgh Contract: Likely to be at least twelve months Essential: Must have RACF/ZOS Specialist knowledge and experience PURPOSE OF THE ROLE • Provide overall service management and improvement of the Security Solutions service for my Client • Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) [Lead] Security Technician who are creative, collaborative and continuously challenge themselves to achieve success. • RACF Security Mainframe Specialists perform support functions and related activities required to control access to facilities and logical systems, using the Z-Secure security software tool to control access to each system which are predominantly Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) KEY CAPABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE • Responsible for implementing and utilising zSecure suite of products • Maintain administration for security, event management and feed information into the ARP recertification tool • Assist in the analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of Mainframe Security and Mainframe Security Applications • Conduct Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) review for current and new applications and scheduled access validation of critical applications – to include privileged access • Partner with other Security related initiatives within IT and various business units to discuss access issues rights and manage process • Assist with low level mainframe security designs • Recommend group/role access development rules • Follow up on access management deficiencies identified in risk reviews, self-assessments, risk assessments and internal and external audits • Ensure appropriate remediation measures are implemented • Drive the development and maintenance of new group structure to include Human, Non-Human and system accounts • Perform analysis, design, documentation and testing of enhancements associated with new or existing security functionality • Perform unit testing of new security/system modifications to ensure specifications are met and there is no adverse impact on performance or functionality • Review and process all project requests in a timely manner to meet SLAs • Complete all access requests/tasks correctly the first time to prevent unauthorised access and material audit findings SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Extensive RACF knowledge • Extensive zSecure knowledge • Excellent knowledge of mainframe products such as DB2, CICS etc • Cover for line manager
