Our client is currently looking for an experienced Children's Residential Manager to be based at Cypress Lodge Children's Home in Basingstoke. This exciting opportunity is in collaboration with Hampshire County Council, and it offers a chance to be part of a dedicated and supportive team.

**The Role:**

As a Children's Residential Manager, you will play a pivotal role in improving the services provided to the children. This includes:

- Developing your leadership and motivational skills further.

- Focusing on each child's individual strengths to support their development and achieve positive outcomes.

- Prioritizing child-centered care and the welfare of the children in all decision-making and planning processes.

- Creating opportunities for children to socialize, play with friends, develop life and social skills, and reach their full potential within a safe and secure environment.

- Collaborating closely with Children's Home Practitioners, Team Supervisors, families, and professionals to support children's social and emotional development, create positive experiences, and promote healthier lifestyles.

**Requirements:**

To excel in this role, you should bring:

- Significant experience in working with vulnerable children and young people in a leadership position.

- Transferable skills and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
