Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Understanding the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Serve as a “translator” between business, IT and the Vendor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and document requirements for the project.
• Create clear and detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development/implementation efforts.
• Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project success and support the Project manager to develop mitigation strategies to resolve them.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the solution meets business requirements, considering factors such as scalability, security, and usability.
• Document functional requirements and non-functional requirements to ensure that the solution meets stakeholder needs (FRS)
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organizations strategic goal and technological capabilities and meets the business benefits.
• Facilitate and manage UAT testing activities.
• Create a test strategy, detailed test planning activities, test cases, and defect log.
• Manage the defect lifecycle by logging defects, prioritising them based on severity and impact, and tracking their resolution status through to closure.
• Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, project team members, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle

• Financial Services Banking Industry
• Security/Access Control System would be advantageous
• Level of skill 3-5 years project experience – Intermediate Business Analyst
• Agile/Waterfall experience
