Our client is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join as a Retail & Admissions Supervisor at IWM London, our busiest retail location. The role involves overseeing three permanent shops, including a specialized bookshop and a temporary shop themed to the most current special exhibition. The primary focus is on driving sales and profit, delivering excellent customer service, and presenting products in a stylish, attractive, and commercial manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide an excellent visitor welcome and information about the museum and surrounding area.

Promote ticket sales to special charging exhibitions and drive the sales of guidebooks and exhibition books.

Explain and offer, where appropriate, the access sound guides.

Efficiently manage the day-to-day operation of the Imperial War Museum Lambeth Road shop(s) and admissions.

Achieve targets and maximize profitability.

Ensure all staff are fully trained and developed to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.

Adhere to retail and admissions' security and financial procedures, including the security of monies and stock.
