I am a highly experienced Senior Technology Recruiter with over 25 years’ experience in sourcing, engaging and delivering permanent and contract Technology staff to UK and EMEA clients, including various Start-Ups.I also have a background of working within IT as an analyst and developer (a long time back!) so I have a good understanding of most technical roles. With a proven track record in direct sourcing, engaging and delivering quality candidates along with strong stakeholder management skills I can offer a broad spectrum of experience.

With my background of working in IT – when Software Developers/Engineers were called programmers(!) – I’d like to think I have a good understanding of tech roles.I also worked as a contractor for several years, so I’m very familiar with this area.Contrary to popular opinion, I’m not looking to sell my granny for commission fees!! – just trying to do a good job for the candidates and clients I work with.
