Instead of mentioning my "recruitment spiel", I believe just like a candidate's CV, it is so important to know the person behind their name and skillset. To give you a little context about myself, I decided to work in the healthcare sector simply because I think it's one part of our lives we take for granted. When we witness our loved ones suffering from ailments and life-threating diseases, we want to do everything in our power to help them. I actually take pride working in a sector where I place strong talent that help people, be it through clinical and medical environments, pharmaceuticals or technology companies that are coming up with genius ideas and platforms to improve one's well-being.

I’ve worked closely with start-ups, scale-ups and established healthcare organisations to place technical, clinical and commercial talent in industries where patient safety, compliance and precision are essential.

After launching my own recruitment agency in 2015, I took the plunge to join Myn and evolve with the times when it comes to recruitment. I was extremely impressed with the platform and it's offering as well the fact that each recruiter I am working with in the network has their own specialism. The platform allows me to broaden my reach and operate within a faster, more collaborative recruitment model.

A client could have 10 active jobs across various sectors for example and I am able to access these candidates on the platform as well a relevant recruiter within seconds. I believe job boards and going through 100s of applicants is not the way forward and time is far too precious to go through every CV.

Overall, I love building relationships with my client's and candidates from all corner's of the world. I have been fortunate enough to work roles internationally. I genuinely believe if I wasn't in recruitment, I would be working at an airport just to people watch all day!
