Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 
• Your main task will be to support the completion of EHCPs and other SEND processes within expected guidelines ensuring that the voice of the children and their families are included. 
• You will also need to be familiar with the SEND Tribunal process and mechanisms for families to appeal. 
• You will attend a variety of multi-agency meetings to provide your expertise in understanding children’s needs and how best to help them achieve the best possible outcomes. 
• You will support the team in maintaining clear and up to date data, and as part of your role, you will be required to keep detailed records of your work with children and families and to review their progress regularly.

Model Risk Management (MRM) at HSBC is structured as a global function, headed up by the Chief Model Risk Officer (CMRO). The MRM function reports directly to the Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (GCRCO) ensuring its independence from the model developing and owning areas of the firm.  

MRM are the second line of defence (2LoD) for Model Risk and the CMRO is the global Model Risk Steward for the group and is also accountable for the global operation of the MRM function. MRM activity is managed on a global basis as many models are used in multiple locations. The Third-Party Management Operating Model SME is a contract role expected to provide Subject Matter Expertise in the assessment, design and implementation of an optimised operating model to implement the Technology’s Third Party Management ‘Helix’ resilience programme.   

Role Context:

•	With presence in multiple countries and over several thousand third party business engagements, Technology TPM is a critical function that is responsible for managing day to day risk presented by these operations.

Key Accountabilities :

Performance Principal

Accountant (Adult Social Care)
 Location: South East England 
Contract: Temporary 
Pay: £301 - £400 per day

Role Overview
 Myn is seeking a talented Accountant to join our client's Adult Social Care (ASC) finance team on a temporary, three-month assignment, with the possibility of extension. In this pivotal role, you will support the senior finance team in managing and analysing financial activities within ASC services, addressing increased demand with strategic insight and precision. 


Key Responsibilities
Financial Support: Deliver expert financial support focused on budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure analysis for ASC.Collaborative Analysis: Work with the Finance Business Partner and Principal Accountant to assess ASC costs, monitor trends, and benchmark spending against national standards.Reporting & Recommendations: Support management by preparing financial reports, assessments, and actionable recommendations.Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with the finance team and other departments to provide insights into cost pressures and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with regulations and Council policies.ASC Deficit Recovery: Assist in monitoring the ASC deficit recovery plan, contributing to transformation savings and performing financial due diligence.
 

Requirements
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or equivalent, with substantial experience in public sector finance, ideally within ASC.Experience: Strong background in financial planning, in-depth cost analysis, and demand analysis specific to ASC.Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
