Role purpose / summary 

There’ll be 3 projects that over the course of your tenure, will be responsible for coordinating: 

•	Project management for the Cabotegravir for PrEP Q4M Access strategy project  
o	This project will run from September 2024 until at least March 2025.  
o	Supporting a cross-functional team (Supply, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, GAGPH) to determine the Cabotegravir Q4M access strategy 

•	Project management for the tech transfer of Cabotegravir for PrEP Q2M to generic licensees  
o	This project is already active, with support needed from September 2024 until at least March 2025. 
o	Supporting a cross-functional team to accelerated the tech transfer of Cabotegravir for PrEP Q2M to generic licensees  

•	Project management for the set-up of procurement and delivery of Cabotegravir for PrEP Q2M to South Africa 
o	This project has not yet started  
o	Supporting a large cross-functional team to accelerate access to Cabotegravir for PrEP in South Africa  

Project Management activities including: 
•	Managing project kick off meetings 
•	Facilitating face-to-face or virtual JPS (joint planning session) 
•	Creating project plans 
•	Creating RACIs 
•	Creating Escalation & Decision matrixes  
•	RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues & Decisions) management throughout the project lifecycle 
•	Holding regular 1:1s with project leads 
•	Managing and tracking workstream leads  
•	Organizing and facilitating regular core team meetings and workshops 
•	AAR preparation and consolidation 
•	Communication planning and executing 

Key Skills/ Requirements:

Project Manager - Access to Medicines

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Manager to lead and oversee complex projects within our Risk and Finance department. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, extensive experience in Credit Risk IT, and a solid understanding of risk management and finance principles. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering projects on time and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities: 


Lead and manage multiple projects within the Credit Risk IT domain, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and report on project status to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, finance, and business units, to gather requirements and define project scope.Implement best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to optimize project execution.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring effective resolution and stakeholder communication.Facilitate regular project meetings and workshops, fostering collaboration and clear communication among team members.Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business language.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in Credit Risk IT to inform project planning and execution.Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
 
Qualifications: 


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Credit Risk IT or similar financial services environments.Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, credit risk assessment methodologies, and finance principles.Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are highly desirable.Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

About the Role: 

We are looking for a confident communicator with a can-do attitude to play a pivotal role in our mission to help people live healthier lives. As an Engagement Coordinator, you will build relationships with key stakeholder groups to support and facilitate the promotion of the LiveWell Dorset service within local communities. You will identify and attend appropriate events, representing the service in a professional and confident manner, aiming to enhance service usage by target groups and under-represented populations. This is a hugely important role, raising awareness of and access to the unique LiveWell Dorset service and helping people to take their first step to a happier, healthier lifestyle. 

Day-to-Day Duties: 

Work as a member of a multi-professional team to promote and support the people of Dorset with their health and wellbeing. 
Operate with a good degree of autonomy in community settings across the county to raise awareness of the LiveWell Dorset service. This includes running promotional stands at relevant events, speaking to members of the public, and supporting them to take steps to improve their lifestyle. 
Undertake similar promotional activities in virtual settings, engaging with community groups, charities, and under-represented groups through online presentations and information sharing. 
Generate opportunities to promote the service by building an appropriate network of contacts and relationships across the county. 
Be assigned pieces of engagement work by other members of the team to ensure activities contribute to the overall strategic vision. 
Requirements and Qualifications: 

Level 2 Understanding Health Improvement or equivalent. 
Good numeracy and literacy skills.

Significant experience with computerised systems and IT, including Word, Excel, email, and databases.
