• 	Perform GAP Analysis by comparing the "As Is" solution to the "To Be" solution to determine the piece of work that needs to be performed. 
• 	Determine what is "in scope" and “out of scope" for the identified project to ensure that there are no scope creeping possibilities going forward. 
• 	Determine, using workshops, the respective business impacts associated with the project scope to ensure that all aspects of the project have been covered to have a successful implementation of the project. 
•     Determine the project objectives together with Subject Matter Experts and Project  
Sponsor based on SMART principles, e.g., objectives need to be Specific, Measurable, agreed upon, Realistic and Time Based. 
•	Identify opportunities and / or threats associated with project scope to ensure that there are no unwanted surprises once the project has been implemented. 
• 	Determine risks and issues associated with requirements scope to ensure that they are mitigated and resolved by the time the project has been implemented. 
•     Propose a future design based on the project scope and information elicited from 

Subject Matter Experts and Project Sponsor. 

•	Design/or deliver new processes, rules and policies relating to the project scope which will be used to communicate the respective changes to all stakeholders involved in the project. 
• 	Determine the overlaps or alignment that needs to take place between the current project and any other initiatives currently being run within the Bank to ensure that there is no duplication of efforts.

•	Design the “to be” business architecture by using the best practice design principles and document using accepted tools e.g., Case Wise or agreed upon template to ensure the correct structuring of the requirements. 
•	Identify interfaces and integration points to ensure integrated functional specifications by conducting workshops with IT Systems Analysts, Group Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, and where necessary, external vendors. 
• 	Document functional and non-functional specifications in the Business Requirements Definition document (e.g., business use cases) to ensure that the stakeholder requirements are fully met.

We are looking for a motivated Engineer to join the team as a full-time employee to support Orals Value Stream as part of the Engineer Trade team.  The role provides engineering trade support within field of expertise (Ideally multi- skilled Electrical / Mechanical) 

Key Responsibility / Summary: 

•	CORE - Receive and complete Merps generated maintenance works orders.  Support production targets in meeting schedule.  Uphold team behaviors and culture in-line with departmental code of conduct.  Escalate issues to Lead Tradesman or Team Leader as appropriate in a timely manner. 
•	SAFETY – Develop Risk assessments and Method Statements for tasks before undertaking them.  Work safely at all times, reporting any safety-issues to the team leader. • Supervision of the onboarding area: Allocate duties, workflow management and query resolution to team leaders to achieve operational targets including prioritisation and work schedules 

• Check documentation/ mandates to ensure it is correct first time in terms of KYC Regulatory, Business, Legal and Audit Requirements and if not correct full provide full details to the front line in terms of requirements to ensure compliancy. 

• Check and validate files prepared by front line on a trigger event as described in terms of Absa's regulatory policies and framework. Be alert for any information that could be considered suspicious and bring these to the attention of the RE / OB and the Client Relations Manager.

•	Clarity project management for CCA in IRR – status, RAIDs

•	Represent CCA at IRR forums e.g. Portfolio WG

Role purpose / summary 

Biopharm Discovery within GSK is a department dedicated to the discovery of novel and effective biopharmaceutical medicines. This department comprises several complementary functions focused on the progression of a portfolio of biopharmaceuticals from initial antibody discovery, expression and characterisation to molecular engineering, biological and physiochemical profiling. Within the Biopharm Discovery Unit, the Molecular Design and Engineering (MDE) group takes accountability for antibody engineering and developability profiling prior to candidate selection to continuously improve molecule quality and transform discovered leads into potential therapeutics. 

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated scientist to join the Developability Technologies group within MDE, working within a matrix team. The role will be primarily lab focused, working with various scientists with diverse skill set (e.g. protein biochemists, in vitro and ex vivo assay scientists and antibody pharmacologists). It will involve using high throughput methods to rapidly profile large panels of antibodies and performing interpretations on the generated data in the early discovery phase. These activities will focus on in vitro prediction of antibody characteristics during exposure in vivo 

•	Running high throughput methods to predict in vitro antibody characteristics during exposure in vivo, which might include chromatography based analytical techniques (SEC-HPLC, CIEX-HPLC) as well as ELISA and flow based methods.  
•	Design, qualify and execute experiments to characterise antibody panels e.g. non-specific binding measurements using flow cytometry and ELISA methods as well as determining binding of antibodies to antigen after incubation in serum.  
•	Utilizing automated liquid handling systems to execute experiments 
•	Planning, designing and executing experiments to enable key decisions  
•	Working independently to analyse and interpret your data, providing clear recommendations to project teams 
•	Effective recording and communication of your work in lab notebooks, lab reports and publishing/presenting both internally and externally 
•	Working effectively in matrix teams and delivering defined objectives in accordance with agreed timelines

The Role
 As a Social Worker, you will: 


Collaborate with families, respecting their rights and working in partnership to identify strengths and support their needs.Conduct assessments to determine the level of risk and develop SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) plans to ensure children’s welfare and reduce risks.Facilitate multi-agency meetings and child protection investigations when necessary, ensuring children’s voices are central to planning.Work with legal services, family courts, and other agencies to manage legal proceedings and care planning for children when staying with their families is not possible.Prioritise children’s health, development, education, and training needs, preparing them for independence.Maintain accurate records, case files, and reports in line with organisational standards.Provide high-quality, relationship-based social work services to children and families in need of safeguarding. 

About You
 To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Support the completion of EHCPs and other SEND processes, ensuring the voices of children and their families are central to the outcomes.Be familiar with the SEND Tribunal process and the mechanisms for family appeals.Attend multi-agency meetings to offer expert insight into children’s needs and how to achieve the best outcomes for them.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reviewing progress regularly and ensuring clear data management.Organise and prioritise your workload effectively, meeting deadlines and working within budget constraints.Collaborate with a multi-agency team, contributing to shared knowledge and expertise.Take part in regular training and peer support sessions with other SEND professionals.This role demands strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, inclusive approach.
 
About You 
To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 


A relevant professional qualification (minimum GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above) alongside post-qualification training and experience.Proven experience working within the SEN field, with knowledge of statutory processes.A solid understanding of the work of Local Authorities or similarly complex organisations.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports on children’s progress and needs.Administrative skills, including data management to inform service performance.A proactive, collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusion.A full UK driving licence.You’ll also embody responsibility, respect, recognition, and collaboration in line with our client’s core behaviours.
