We have implemented strict policies and procedures aimed at preventing modern slavery across our operations:
We believe that awareness is key to combating modern slavery. We provide regular training to all employees, ensuring they are equipped to recognize and respond to any signs of exploitation. Additionally, we make educational resources available to our community to further empower our members in spotting potential risks.
We regularly review and update our policies to ensure they remain effective in addressing modern slavery risks. We remain dedicated to strengthening our practices and working alongside like-minded organizations to combat human trafficking and exploitation in all its forms.
We also do increased verification checks of clients before on-boarding. This is to help reduce the risk of people assessing the job seeker data with malicious intent.
Myn will:
We invite our clients, partners, and the broader community to join us in eradicating modern slavery. By fostering a culture of transparency, ethical sourcing, and shared responsibility, we can help protect the most vulnerable in our society.
