Work Perks Group Limited and Networker Global Limited - Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

2024-2025

Introduction

At Work Perks Group Limited and Networker Global Limited [t/a Myn], we are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and taking a firm stance against all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking, including forced labor, servitude, and exploitation. Our commitment extends to every part of our business, as well as our suppliers and partners, to ensure that human rights are respected and upheld.

Myn and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Myn Companies”) uphold the prohibition of acts of modern slavery and trafficking in persons. The U.K. Government’s Modern Slavery Act 2015, which prohibits slavery, servitude, and forced or compulsory labour, can be accessed at https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2015/30/contents/enacted.

Our Responsibility

The Myn Companies are dedicated to fostering a work environment free from human trafficking and slavery, including forced and unlawful child labour. We strive to create a safe and fair working environment where exploitation has no place. We actively work with our partners and suppliers to ensure they comply with ethical practices, making certain that any risks of modern slavery are identified and eliminated within our supply chain. We will not tolerate or condone human trafficking or slavery in any part of our global organization.

Policies and Procedures

We have implemented strict policies and procedures aimed at preventing modern slavery across our operations:

  • Supplier Due Diligence: We recognise our supply chain as being our most significant risk of modern slavery and therefore prioritise the management of labour in our supply chain. We conduct regular audits and assessments of our suppliers to ensure they adhere to national and international standards, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
  • Worker Welfare Monitoring: We continuously monitor our hiring processes to safeguard the rights of our candidates and employees. Any signs of exploitation or mistreatment are investigated and addressed immediately.
  • Whistleblowing Policy: Our employees, candidates, and partners are encouraged to report any concerns related to modern slavery or unethical practices, with complete confidentiality and without fear of reprisal.

Training and Awareness

We believe that awareness is key to combating modern slavery. We provide regular training to all employees, ensuring they are equipped to recognize and respond to any signs of exploitation. Additionally, we make educational resources available to our community to further empower our members in spotting potential risks.

Commitment to Continuous Improvement

We regularly review and update our policies to ensure they remain effective in addressing modern slavery risks. We remain dedicated to strengthening our practices and working alongside like-minded organizations to combat human trafficking and exploitation in all its forms.

We also do increased verification checks of clients before on-boarding. This is to help reduce the risk of people assessing the job seeker data with malicious intent.

Modern slavery prevention aim:

Myn will:

  1. Continue to develop and manage the risk framework which includes monitoring and evaluating modern slavery as a risk across the group.
  2. Continue to improve training and awareness by developing training employees to reduce the risk of modern slavery.
  3. Conduct regular audits of high-risk areas, with periodic reviews to ensure effectiveness at identifying, monitoring and combating modern slavery risk

Join Us in the Fight

We invite our clients, partners, and the broader community to join us in eradicating modern slavery. By fostering a culture of transparency, ethical sourcing, and shared responsibility, we can help protect the most vulnerable in our society.
